How We Started

LAM Cleaning and Facilities Services was founded in 2001 by myself, Luciana Melo, and my husband Adriano Melo. We began by cleaning and doing facilities maintenance for residential properties in the Bay Area. In time we started providing our services to commercial office spaces. In 2016, we began cleaning a house in Palo Alto, this home turned into the location for a startup technology company. Months later, as the company's operations grew, the company relocated to an office space in San Francisco. We continued to aid in the cleaning and facilities maintenance of their new, larger building. From this experience we were able to grow our scope of work and expand our services to other tech companies in the Bay Area. We look forward to creating a strong partnership with you!
